For the facade and fence cladding, we specifically used flexible clinker to highlight the point that it can be easily laid in any shape, even on cylindrical round surfaces. “We demonstrated all the advantages of this material in action so that the guests of the factory could immediately understand and see up close what clinker looks like and how comfortable, practical and visually aesthetic it is,” says Nataliia Syrota, the lead architect on the project. Compositionally, the shape of the building resembles an infinity sign. This sign was also the basis for the company’s logo, which the Sinata team exclusively developed for the client.

Consider Integrating Ventilation, Air Cooling and Heating from the Get-Go

Anyone planning to build an office or other multi-story commercial building, will, of course, need to provide ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems. Designing and installing each of them is a complex task that requires significant investment. The Uponor TAV piping system, for example, utilizes the thermal mass of the concrete slab through pipes laid in it to supply water to heat or cool the building structure.
