The history of a brand begins with an idea. The idea takes on colors and shapes that are embodied in the logo and corporate identity. That’s why when we work with commercial real estate, we always begin by studying the company’s brand book. It’s vital for us to understand the key identity that we’ll use as the basis for creating a design. During this process, we take a deep dive into the company’s core values, mission and culture. This fundamental step ensures that every architectural detail, from spatial planning to the choice of materials, fully resonates with the essence of the company.
The metaphorical expression of a company’s logo involves transforming it into a spectacular design element. It could be an abstract image on a mural, a structural motif that repeats the lines of the logo or even the inclusion of colors that reflect the brand’s palette. This design approach creates a seamless visual transition from the company’s external image to the internal environment, establishing an immediate and lasting connection.
In commercial architecture, spatial planning is not just vital in terms of practicality and function. Spaces can become a narrative canvas on which the history of a company unfolds. A skilled designer can create a purposeful exploration that leads customers, employees, and visitors through spaces that represent the company’s journey, milestones and future aspirations. The use of design elements, such as corridors with brand-inspired touches or themed meeting areas, immerses people in an environment that conveys the company’s story.
For example, a tech company might use elegant metal accents, while an environmentally-conscious brand might choose natural, eco-friendly materials. These features are welcomed by customers and employees and underscore the company’s commitment to its principles.
The SINATA team has extensive experience in commercial architecture and design. An interesting recent project was the design of a factory that produces flexible clinker, a material that plays a key role in the production of high-strength cement products. In this project, the architecture and design of the building visually emphasize the flexibility and elegance of the forms of the material being produced.

For the facade and fence cladding, we specifically used flexible clinker to highlight the point that it can be easily laid in any shape, even on cylindrical round surfaces. “We demonstrated all the advantages of this material in action so that the guests of the factory could immediately understand and see up close what clinker looks like and how comfortable, practical and visually aesthetic it is,” says Nataliia Syrota, the lead architect on the project. Compositionally, the shape of the building resembles an infinity sign. This sign was also the basis for the company’s logo, which the Sinata team exclusively developed for the client.
From the subtle incorporation of logo-inspired elements to the careful choice of materials, each design decision is a stroke that paints a vivid portrait of a company’s values. By thoughtfully designing environments that communicate a company’s identity, narrative and aspirations, we create transformative commercial spaces to enhance the experience and leave a strong, positive impression on all who enter. This approach goes beyond aesthetics, moving commercial design into an era where spaces become an immersive embodiment of the company and where emotional business connections are born and reinforce long-term client/partner relationships.
