• What services do you provide?

  We offer a full range of architectural and interior design services:
  - creation of a master plan for the site/building
  - development of the project at all stages - from initial concept to working documentation;
  - design project development;
  - individual support for project implementation;
  - complete interior furnishing;
  - comprehensive project management.
  
  Our standard services can be supplemented with several additional options, depending on your wishes and needs. These include 3D video concepts of the future building; virtual modeling in which you can experience a walk-through of the building's configuration and ergonomics, and the selection of the optimal site for the future project.
  
  To optimize project supervision, a personal project manager is assigned from the beginning to monitor implementation and ensure compliance with the design solutions; generate all necessary specifications for finishing materials, furniture, lighting and plumbing fixtures; maintain constant communication with contractors and minimize the need for the client's presence at the site.
  
  We work with both private and commercial real estate and make our services available for all types of projects.

• In which countries do you provide services?

  We create our projects globally. There are no geographic limitations for us, and we’re ready to provide our services wherever our clients need them.
  Every year our business grows significantly, and with that the number of our offices located around the world. Our representative offices are based in Dubai, Dusseldorf, New York, Limassol, Warsaw, Ghent and, of course, Kyiv.

• What styles do you work in?

  We work in a wide range of different styles. Of course, we have our favorite trends, but the architecture and design will surround you, so it must be, most importantly, something you like, and it must be close to you in spirit and meet your style and comfort requirements.
  That is why at our first meeting, we will spend a lot of time together filling out a detailed brief to reflect all your wishes, requirements, thoughts and ideas. If at this point, you do not yet have a formed understanding of what style you are looking for, we will help you and offer different options, share with you the latest trends and innovations and, above all, ask questions that will encourage you to find the right answers.

• What is not included into your services?

  As professionals in our field, we can create a project of any complexity, in any style that you find harmonious. But here is a short list of what we never do:
  
  - create a space that, like an art object, is beautiful to contemplate, but not comfortable and functional;
  - violate the rules of ergonomics, without which comfort is impossible;
  - underestimate budgets to lure customers;
  - hide the real terms for the creation and implementation of your project.

• What are the terms of the project creation?

  The timing of a project is influenced by many factors – including the scale of the building site, the complexity of its relief and soil, the volume and type of the planned building, the number of rooms, technical and other requirements and additional elements. Therefore, during our first conversation, once we have the necessary initial data, we will be ready to advise you on the timing of your project.

• What is the cost of the project?

  Project cost is affected by the size, the necessary project documentation, the amount of visualization we provide and other factors. After addressing all this during our first conversation, we will be able immediately to orient you on the cost of project development. Then, within the shortest possible time frame, we will send you a detailed commercial offer, which will indicate the total cost of services, stages of payments and work and an itemized description of the project and all the services we will provide.
