The main request of the customers was the mandatory placement of the island in the kitchen, as well as a workplace for remote work. Thinking over the layout of the open space, we functionally divided it into a cooking area, a bar landing area with an island and a wine refrigerator, a work area, a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 8 people, as well as a relaxation area with TV and a sofa.

The customer’s wishes were something modern, but at the same time cozy. For this, we have proposed wooden wall panels, which are the connecting link of all rooms in the apartment. Starting in the hallway, they seem to guide you into the living room and from there to the kitchen. The bedroom has a wooden 3D panel, which continues the theme of wood in the interior and serves as the main element of the decor. In the bathrooms, the wood theme has been continued with Porcelanosa Liston Natural tiles. It is very important for customers to use natural materials, so we have laid a parquet on the floor, and most of the furniture in the apartment is made in natural veneer.
