Modern villa in Spain. Laconic and restrained architecture emphasizes the sophistication and style of the building. The magnificent transparent glass facade gives the illusion of boundless unity with the picturesque Mediterranean vistas.
At the request of the customer, we worked out various areas for living and recreation for the owners and guests. Spain’s climate allowed us to create a large number of open terraces for leisure activities. There is a barbecue area where you can enjoy cooking and have a delicious dinner with guests. There is also a chic bar area, where the main decoration is a large stone wall. During the day you can treat yourself to cocktails, and in the evening watch the sunset with a glass of fine wine. And of course, most important are the pool and jacuzzi areas. Around there are sun loungers for comfortable sunbathing and other lounge areas where you can hide from the sun and read a book.
Since we designed this project from scratch, we carefully considered the harmonization of all aspects of the site. This allowed us to place a separate house on the property for the villa staff and and even build a small tree house for children.
