Initially, this site was a 3-story building that did not accommodate all the customer’s requirements. Therefore, was added one more floor and an exploited roof, with lounge areas and spaces for work, seminars, and leisure. The main task was to zone different types of premises.
So, on the first floor, there is a bank branch area with the workplaces for client’s managers and an entrance group, which is distinguished by a large reception area, textured decorative plaster, which is actively viewed with the help of directional lights and a green wall with natural plants. On the second floor, we placed all the offices of employees of different departments, and the third floor was completely given over to the company’s top managers and executives. On the -1 floor, there are recreation areas for staff, a kitchen that is transformed into a conference room for general meetings of the entire team. Our main task was not to deviate from the company’s brand book, the main colors of which are yellow and blue, but at the same time, to bring into this office something that does not look like a typical bank branch. Therefore, we support the elements of the brand book in decorative elements, textiles, and the main range is white and gray, diluted with a large number of wooden elements. Since the name Piraeus Bank comes from Greece, namely from the name of the port of Piraeus in Athens, we wanted to support this theme, so we have a lot of paintings with marine subjects on our walls, as well as a lot of dark blue decor elements. When designing, we had a very tight deadline, so all the projects of the engineering contractors were imposed by us in the BIM model to identify all inaccuracies immediately during the design process, without waiting for the construction phase. Thanks to this, the entire project was implemented in the shortest possible time.
